Help Me Format offers a range of services, including Document Formatting, Document Styles and Templates, and Training Material. Well-formatted documents help you save time, save money and often save frustration; and we can tailor a solution to meet your needs!
Document Formatting
- We can “Help You Format” your existing Documents so they look professional, consistent and are easy to work with and read.
- Microsoft Word document formatting is our specialty, but we can also help with other main Microsoft Office programs such as simple Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Examples of documents include Reports, Contracts, Tenders, Legal Agreements and Precedents, Policy and Procedure Manuals, Customer Information Forms, University Thesis and more.

Document Styles and Templates
- We can create, or re-create, proper Document Templates, with built-in Customised Styles / Text Formatting, Tables, and Headers and Footers, to suit your requirements and Branding / Style Guide, allowing your future documents to be consistent.
- It is easy to work with Word documents when you have robust styles where numbering works correctly, automatic spacing is applied, and headings show up in the Table of Contents as required.
- We insert proper Cross References, and can set up Data Auto-Populate where information is typed in once then automatically repeated throughout the document where appropriate.
- We provide relevant training material so you get the most out of your documents, templates and styles.
- We can also create simple Forms in Word with fill-in fields that are easy for clients to complete on computer using Word, or by hand.
